Vintage industrial & artifact Prop
Props: It is apparent we have an arsenal of vintage industrial and unique distressed artifacts- not expected of a film set location. We have a philosophical theme of curating differing converging collections of hard to find authentic industrial and textural props that create an evocative backdrop & setting.
In our truck loading dock, we have the actual tooling, hardware & vintage graphic oil cans all from the 1940s working garage.
In the Industrial Loft with dystopian walls we have both industrial and highly textural props that showcase a bygone human travail
yet that speaks to a quality of what is missing today. For production people who are in the know- who understand the ceiling value you can derive from Amazon/Target temporary props. We are here.
Costs and usage: Even the smallest no budget shoot, we've lent a couple of props to make a better than expected project. As an introduction people are happy that I'm trying to perceive their goals.
At the other spectrum, for professional production people, who have made deposits and arrangements to rent from prop houses, at the first glance they realize we offer a fluidity of various movable props compared to the stress factor of renting twice the amount of rental props prior just to curate their set. Professionals with this backdrop knowledge, we have worked well together.o We have an entire floor, hidden from the public, dedicated to storage of props.
