  • Hidden Murphy bedroom & Kitchen

Above the spiral stairs with the library below we have a very unique hidden bed behind a Pecky Cypress wood wall.

We have utilized this for production shoots that need a bedroom situation. We also have a kitchen and this directly leads out to the roof garden.

We have a 1920s Williamsburg historic industrial four-story building dedicated as having multiple film location spaces. All within one complex.

If you're looking for multiple authentic industrial / dystopian spaces we have it with hard to find vintage props, all at one location.

We are located in Williamsburg Brooklyn with four Subway lines nearby and a truck loading dock with a driveway for two production vehicles. The building has the original 1940 stainless steel freight elevator which allows all equipment including a fisher dolly to move to all floors and the rooftop garden.

This historic industrial building made the front page of the newspapers five times since the 1930s to 1980s as a soprano/Jewish story with multiple dubious newspaper articles. See daily News article 1981 "Rat Army has them on run”... This is the real deal.

We rent out all the following individual spaces and of interest to larger production shoots, we have coupled various spaces depending on the production theme.
